The Lower East Side Tenement Museum presents Food and the Italian-American Experience, a conversation with authors Laura Schenone (The Lost Ravioli Recipes of Hoboken: A Search for Food and Family), and Louise Fili (Italianissimo: The Quintessential Guide to What Italians Do Best) about their own roots and the role of food in Italian immigrant culture.
